How do I download and print my patterns?
Your pattern will be emailed to you after checkout. To see in-depth instructions on how to download and print your patterns please visit our Guide To Downloading and Printing Patterns.

 

What is your returns policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: Digital Products, Gift cards, Leather Care Products and personalized products (custom engraved or embroidered).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
